2SP Beer Dinner


We are very happy to announce our first of many beer dinners! At the end of each month will be collaborating with a different brewery for a special food and beer paring. We will feature new and exciting beers that pair with a special menu that consists of fresh and local ingredients, prepared by Chef Joel Mazigian! Four courses for only $60!

Our first will be with our very good friends at 2SP Brewing!
We will feature some award winning and special released beers!

Also meet the reps and maybe the brewer himself!

First Course – Patina Farm House Saison
House Cured Steelhead Trout with pickled beets, fennel, and sorrel.

Second Course – Up N’ Out IPA
Smoked Mushroom Ravioli with Clover Creek cheddar cheese, pickled chili, and grilled lek butter.

Third Course – Zolton Imperial Red Ale
Pork Shoulder with chestnut bread pudding, braised greens, pork jus and smoked apples.

Fourth Course – The Russian Imperial Stout (GABF Winner!)
Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake with hazelnut ice cream and salted hazelnut crumble.
